Peoria to Starved Rock Excursion
3-day, 2-night
This three-day, two-night trip includes relaxing days of cruising down the river, all-you-can-eat buffet meals—including the chef’s prime rib dinner—and more. Entertainment includes live singing, guitar, banjo, and ragtime piano, storytelling, historical information at various spots, wildlife sightings, a tour of Starved Rock, and even a visit from Mark Twain! Lodging provided by the Starved Rock Lodge. Enjoy the slower pace of life on this unique paddleboat!
This 3-day/2-night cruise gives passengers more time to enjoy Starved Rock State Park! The trip also includes a tour of the Illinois & Michigan Canal on the LaSalle Canal Boat as well as a lunch cruise on the Spirit through the Starved Rock Lock and Dam.
Please remove any items from your luggage that you may need on the boat, as the luggage will not be on the boat. If there is any special health or dietary information we should know about, call immediately so arrangements can be made to meet your needs.
Hotels assign overnight rooms the morning of the trip based on availability and information provided by you. Your room may be in the lodge or a cabin. ALL HOTEL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. A fee of $150 per day will be assessed for violating the policy.
Payment is due 30 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the date of your trip: full refund. Less than 30 days: $100/person NOT refunded. Less than 72 hours: 50% refund. 24 hours or less-no refund.
TRIP INSURANCE: For the fee of $55 per person you may insure a full refund on your trip. You will receive a full refund.
