We, at the Spirit of Peoria, value your business and are committed to protecting your privacy. We want your experience here to be positive and safe.
We may track IP addresses in order to see which pages are being used, but we will not know who you are.
For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, Authorize.net, keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.
Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
If you are placing an order, you will be required to provide personal information necessary for order processing. This information will be used for order processing ONLY. Your name and past orders may be saved; however, credit card information will never be kept on file, and personal information will not be sold, exchanged or distributed to third parties. The email address you provide, for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
By contacting us you agree to let us use your comments, suggestions, contributions, ideas, or other feedback throughout our site at our discretion. We will give credit by name for all submissions. If you would like your name withheld from your comments, suggestions, and/or ideas, please make a note of that when writing.
